Types of Caregivers Seen for v1.1

to National Health Care Survey Testing Tool

Is this field requesting all types of caregivers literally just 'seen' or is it requesting the providers of which the pt was treated by. I.E the nurse took my vitals and documented this and then the PCP came in and took my diagonosi OR anyone and everyone seen (including people who might have just come in due to learning purposes)
