Dear Friends,

Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) and Mizoram Election Watch have analysed the self-sworn affidavits of all 12 Ministers including Chief Minister from Mizoram State Assembly Elections 2023.

The information is based on the affidavits submitted by the ministers prior to 2023 Mizoram Assembly Elections.

Ministers with Criminal Cases: Out of the 12 ministers analysed, 2 (17%) ministers have declared criminal cases against themselves.

Minister with Highest Assets: The minister with the highest declared total assets is F. Rodingliana from Lengteng (ST) constituency with assets worth Rs. 22.28 crores.

Minister with Lowest Assets: The minister with the lowest declared total assets is C. Lalsawivunga from Aizawl South-I (ST) constituency with assets worth Rs. 1.29 crores.
