Dear Friends,

Consequent to the expansion of the cabinet, Haryana Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms have analysed the self-sworn affidavits of all 14 Ministers including Chief Minister from Haryana State Assembly 2019. This analysis is based on the affidavits submitted by the candidates prior to the 2019 Assembly elections and bye elections conducted thereafter.

Criminal Background

Ministers with Criminal Cases: None of the ministers analysed have declared criminal cases against themselves.

Financial Background

Crorepati Ministers: Out of the 14 ministers analysed, all 14 (100%) are crorepatis.
