About the 16th Annual National Conference:

Maharashtra Election Watch (MEW) and ADR are organizing the ‘16th Annual National Conference on Electoral and Political Reforms’ on 15th and 16th July 2023 at Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics, Pune, Maharashtra. Former Chief Election Commissioner (Election Commission of India), Dr Nasim Zaidi, has consented to be the Guest of Honour and give the keynote address on 15th July 2023. The National Conference is an opportunity for us to add impetus towards our work by bringing together stakeholders from across the country. Representatives of the National Election Watch from each state chapter, members of political parties, government institutions and media will be present to deliberate on issues related to electoral and political reforms in the country. We look forward to your participation and inputs in making the conference a success. The complete agenda of the two-day conference will be shared with you shortly.
