Some media articles have quoted that the new Delhi Chief Minister, Ms Rekha Gupta, has declared criminal cases against herself, and wrongly attributed it to ADR’s report on Analysis of Criminal Background, Financial, Education, Gender, and Other Details of Ministers in the Delhi Assembly 2025 released on 20th February 2025. As per our report, except Ms Rekha Gupta and Mr Ravinder Indraj Singh, all other five ministers have declared criminal cases. The above media houses, which have misquoted the ADR Report, should immediately remove the misquoted articles or update the article with correct information and inform their audience about the correction. The media houses should issue an apology for misquoting ADR.
