Greetings from Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR), New Delhi!

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to a Forum on General Elections 2019: Issues & Challenges, to be held on October 10, 2019, from 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM at Lecture Room - I, India International Centre (Annexe), Lodhi Road, New Delhi - 110003.

The discussion will see an array of election officials, lawyers, members of political parties, academics, journalists and leading thinkers in this area to deliberate on the experiences and learnings of the world's biggest elections and suggest possible ways to address challenges faced in the wake of changing dynamics of electoral politics in India. Attached is the agenda of the event.

After the event, we will also be releasing a report on Analysis of Funds Collected and Expenditure Incurred by Political Parties during Maharashtra & Haryana Assembly Elections, 2014.
