The Andhra Pradesh Election Watch and Association for Democratic Reforms (ADR) have analysed the self-sworn affidavits of 174 out of 175 MLAs, in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections.
A YSRCP MLA namely Karanam Dharmari from Chodavaram constituency has not been analysed due to the unavailability of his complete and properly scanned affidavit on the ECI website while making the report.

· MLAs with Criminal Cases: Out of 174 MLAs analyzed, 96(55%) MLAs have declared criminal cases against themselves.
· MLAs with Serious Criminal Cases: 55(32%) have declared serious criminal cases against themselves
· Party wise MLAs with Criminal Cases: Among major parties, 86(57%) out of 150 MLAs analysed from YSRCP, 9(39%) out of 23 MLAs analysed from TDP, and 1 (100%) MLA from Janasena Party, have declared criminal cases against themselves in their affidavits.
· Party wise MLAs with Serious Criminal Cases: Among major parties, 50(33%) out of 150 MLAs analysed from YSRCP, 4(17%) out of 23 MLAs analysed from TDP, and 1 (100%) MLA from Janasena Party, have declared serious criminal cases against themselves in their affidavits.

· MLAs with declared cases related to crime against women: 6 MLAs have declared cases related to crime against women such as Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty (IPC Section-354), Word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman (IPC Section-509) etc. against themselves.
· MLAs with declared cases related to murder: One YSRCP MLA namely Ramakrishna Reddy Pinnelli has declared case related to murder (IPC Section 302).
· MLAs with declared cases related to attempt to murder: 10 MLAs have declared cases related to Attempt to murder (IPC Section-307) against themselves.
· MLAs with declared cases related to kidnapping: 7 MLAs have declared cases related to kidnapping against themselves.
· MLAs with declared convicted cases: 8 MLAs have declared convicted cases against themselves.
· Crorepati MLAs: Out of the 174 MLAs, 163(94%) are crorepatis.

· Average assets: The average of assets per MLA analysed in the Andhra Pradesh Assembly Elections is Rs 27.87 Crores
· Party wise average assets: Among major parties, the average assets per MLA for 150 YSRCP MLAs is Rs. 22.41 crores and 23 TDP MLAs have average assets of Rs 64.61 crores,

· Age details of MLAs: 19(11%) MLAs have declared their age to be between 25 to 40 years while 122 (70%) MLAs have declared their age to be between 41 to 60 years. There are 33(19%) MLAs who have declared their age to be between 61 to 80 years.
