     Catholic Workers Ed Bloomer, Al Burney, Greg Boertje-Obed and Brian Hynes are out of jail today. All four were charged with misdemeanor Trespass for blocking the entrance of the IA National Guard Armed Drone Command Center at 3100 McKinley Ave. in DM. yesterday 

DMCW & VFP member Al Burney plead guilty, got a fine and was cut lose with a fine.

 All plead not guilty and hope to take the case to a jury trial in Des Moines. Each were given a $300 bond. The Berrigan CW House account paid all 3's bonds. The $$$ is suppose to be given back.  Their first court date is set for Feb 1, 2018.
