Do you mean HP81110A? In that driver, that error is set in the VI and
means "Option HP81112A not present.".
means "Option HP81112A not present.".

The HP81110A driver is also used for the HP8110, right? The functions
you're refering to (HP81110A Activ Deactiv Complement Output.vi), says
in in't context help that the function is avaliable with the HP81112A
3.8V/330MHz output channels. If you don't have that option, you can't
use this VI.
