viRead error on unplug/plug USB Raw

When I unplug/plug my USB Raw device (either after or before opening
visa session), I get a timeout expiration error on viRead. I can
viOpen/Close session, viGetAttributes,... but in order to read data
properly again I must perform a hardware reset. I could patch it
executing a software reset, but I've not been able to discover how.
