Hi,
I am getting the same error message. It happens right after
execution of "Old VISA Open", in HP8563E_Initialize.vi. Measurement
and Automation Explorer can see the device. I have VISA 3.0.1, LabVIEW
7.0, and Windows98. Thanks.
