I want to use NI 9205 ,cRIO-9004 and J type thermocouples to measure temperature .
how should convert the voltage to temperature ?

Hi,
Within the functions palette of Labview there is a thermocouple scaling VI which you would need to use in this case. You would need to read from your FPGA target (the cRIO in this case) and it's VI, and use a read/write node outputting into the thermocouple scaling VI. This VI allows you to select the units of measurement, ie Celcius or Kelvin and also select your thermocouple type.
