From the <a href="http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/373649h.pdf" target="_blank">PXI-2529 specifications</a>, it explains that the channel to channel voltage difference, as well as the channel to ground&nbsp;difference,&nbsp;cannot excede 150V.&nbsp; Polarity is not an issue here because we are dealing with the difference between lines.&nbsp; Make sure to take both channel to channel and channel to ground specifications into account or arcing can occur.&nbsp; Also, keep in mind that the channel to channel difference specification applies to all lines on the board and not just the lines being routed.&nbsp; Hope this&nbsp;helps! :smileyhappy:&nbsp;&nbsp;
