no available switches in new switch executive virtual device

Hi all,
I have a problem creating new switch executive virtual device....
The second screen in the 'create new...' wizard (started from within MAX) has no items listed in the available switches list box, so I cant progress and create the virtual device.
I am using a PXI chassis with a PXI-2565 switch device with the driver installed on the connected PC. The instrument appears in the devices and interfaces section of MAX under Daqmx devices and I can drive the switches with the Daqmx test panel.
Any ideas anyone?

Hi Barry,
I beleive the issue is the same as a support call we've had with your colleague Tom.
THe solution was the PATH variable which had been overwritten so it couldn't find the dll's in the vxipnp directory.
