Can I use digital I/O of PXI 7340 as general purpose Digital I/O?

I have PXI 7340 Motion control card , UMI7764 and CB-68LP connector block, can i use all the 32 digital I/O of my PXI 7340 and general purpose digital I/O in my application to check out the status and sending TTL command to other systems.
And are it is the only way to using this digital I/O is " Set I/O Port MOMO.flx ,Write Digital I/O Data.vi , Read I/O Port.flx and Read Digital I/O Data.vi " or other method of nornal daq access can also be we can use.
