Hi Mehul,

 The PXI-4130 is a
source measure unit (SMU) which can source current at a resolution of 10nA and measure
current with a resolution of 1nA. This will also allow you to sweep the current
to get your V-I plots. <a href="http://sine.ni.com/nips/cds/view/p/lang/en/nid/204239" target="_blank">Here</a> is the link to the product page.
Additional specifications for the SMU can be found <a href="http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/374746b.pdf" target="_blank">here</a><a href="http://www.ni.com/pdf/manuals/374746b.pdf" target="_blank"></a>.
Hopefully this will help you get started.

For future information, Measure is an add-on for Excel which
allows for data acquisition and instrument control in Microsoft Excel. A more
appropriate board for this post would be ?Digital Multimeters (DMMs) and
Precision DC Sources?.

Regards,

Kent L.
