Fail to add bk51*0.eds for BK5150, which is the product of Beckhoff

Hallo,
i'm working with BK5150, which is a CANopen product of Beckhoff. When I used M&A to add the eds File of BK5150(BK515*.eds), it showed always failure. The Comment showed, Unexpeted charater (line=2, character==). I wanna ask, what's the problem. How can I solve it?
