Difficulty installing at-gpib driver software

I am having diffulty installing the driver software for the at-gpib/tnt board.Anytime I run the diagnostic I always get the following error messages:
gpibinfo test warning you do not have the GPIB.DLL driver installed, I tried reinstalling I keep getting the same response,
ibtrest test unable to locate c:\WINDOWS\GPIB.INI I tried reinstalling the software the same response
ibdiag test conflicting I/O address,even though I tried changing the address
I would appreciate if assisted to resolve this problem as its delaying my research work.
