Pocket PC DAQ operation Error 15

I got an Error 15 as I run the example code of LV 7.1 for Pocket PC
for DAQ. All of the example code run with that Error. But I've once
downloaded the executable MultiChannel AI, it works fine. But as there
is no source code comes with that executable, I couldn't check what's
wrong. Any idea ?
More info, I got the following Software and Hardware:
Software:

NI-DAQmx Base 1.0
OS: Pocket PC 2003 (English)
Hardware:
DAQ-Card 6062E
HP iPAQ H5550
Dual Expansion slot for PC Card

Thanks George,

Actually, I've read that article already and followed the steps but
still failed. I'm not sure what the error code means, someone said
that it is the DAQcard not detected but I am able to run one of the
examples (the Multichannel Analog input DAQ example, but it is an
executable without source code) downloaded from the developer zone.
That means, the installation of the DAQcard is working ok. Does anyone
know where can I get the source code of the Multichannel Analog input
DAQ example ?
