After 6 months of good functioning, now I often have the READY LED on
my FP-PG-522 goes off. My configuration is: 1: FP-1601, 2: FP-AI-100;
3: FP-AI-100; 4: FP-DI-301; 5: FP-PG-522; 6: FP-PG-522; 7:
FP-QUAD-510.

In detail I have several times the READY LED off on the board in
FP-PG-522 on position 5 and only sometimes the READY LED off on the
board FP-PG-522 in position 6.

The installation of the modules is in vertical direction. Could be a
problem?

Please, could you suggest any troubleshooting. For the moment I solved
my problem by moving a little the Terminal bases without swapping
anything.

Thanks

Sometimes such a beavior depends on small adjustements in DIN rails,
due to seasonal temperature changes. The only workaround is to release
slightly the screws of the Din rail in order to let it move with less
tight bonds.
hope it works

Massimo,

Since the problem went away when you shifted the terminal bases, it is
likely that the bases had shifted such that one or more pins was no
longer making contact. If you do not already have DIN rail locks in
place, I would recommend installing them.
