The error that comes up is Memory Resource Conflict, however WinXP
shows not conflict.

Discussion Forum Readers,

I have been working with Brant (above) via telephone and at this point
we have RMA'd the board. We're going to take a look at this in house.

Just wanted to close the loop for anyone lurking out there.
