How about using the Calibrate_1200 NI-DAQ API function?
If you are using LabVIEW, there is a Calibrate 1200
VI as well.

For further details, please refer to either:

* [NI-DAQ] the NI-DAQ Function Reference Manual
(PDF, or on-line help file)

* [LabVIEW] LVDAQ.HLP (Online Help)
--> You can get to the online help by first dropping
the Calibrate 1200 VI on your diagram, and the
popping up on it to select
"On-Line reference for Calibrate 1200.vi"
