Annotation on Mouse move events

I wish to see plot points over a created shape, is their a way to do this. I cannot use Range MaxMin, because I need the AnnotationMouseMove event to work.
Also is their a way to access the mouse over annotation index from another event/procedure.
And will the mouse over pick up the index of a range Max/Min shape by being placed over said shape?
