You need to convert the neurons from nm scale to microns by dividing by 1000.
Say you have neurons n1 and n2 that you have fetched from catmaid.
dp1=dotprops(n1/1e3, resample=1,k=5)
does everything you need in one go. Likewise dp2. Then pass them to nblast.
