Dear Dr. JefferisI am Takuro Ohashi, a postdoc at Nagoya University. I'm currently trying to create mosquito intersex brains with CMTK.
I found this webpage (https://github.com/jefferislab/MakeAverageBrain) which allows for averaging multiple brains.
However, this requires sungridEngine, which closed in 2016 so I couldn’t set it up.
Could you please tell me if you have developed later versions for averaging brains so that I can use in the latest OS? It would be very helpful for my research, thank you very much.Many thanks,
