Obtain 2d neuropil coordinates from the 3D FlyCircuit brain template

I am wondering whether we can obtain the 2D neuropil coordinates (for almost 55 neuropils) based on the 3D FlyCircuit Brain template. Or is there an existing coordinate result of that?

Dear Xiyang, could you clarify which brain template? Flycircuit released a typical female and typical male brain. Later we made the FCWB template used for registration in Costa et al 2016. Second which neuropil domains do you want? Those used by virtual fly brain / Ito et al 2014 or those used by the flycircuit team? Maybe it would be helpful to describe your end goal as well as the specific step you are trying to achieve here. Best wishes, Greg.
