How to fetch neurotransmitter type prediction from hemibrain with neuprintr?

Hello,

Is there a way to fetch the prediction of neurotransmitter type for neurons of interest? Using the neuprintr, I didn't find related information in the metadata of neurons. It is neither displayed in the synapse info from neuprint_get_synapses.

Dear Shuo, it is not available in hemibrain neuprint yet as there are a couple of other updates pending that were supposed to be bundled into a single new release. For comparison it is available in the manc dataset so you can see what it would look like (eg using malevnc package). If it takes much longer I guess we will make a static dump available.
