Hello,
May I ask a question about brain visualization?
I would like to visualize only the Antennal Lobe region with part ALLNs based on python. While using navis and flybrains, I can only display the entire brain template (FAFB, JFRC), but not the sub-volume of the brain template.
Do you have any suggestions for what I can do in Python?
