anyone (interested in) using nat+CMTK on Windows

Dear All,

If anyone is (interested in) using the nat R package in conjunction with the CMTK registration software on Windows, I would be happy to get some testing/feedback on some recent bugfixes. These should get round some installation issues with CMTK/cygwin and fix a bug in using R to reformat image data using CMTK. As far as I know the combination of R + nat + CMTK is now fully functional on Windows.

These changes are available as a branch on github that can be installed like so:

devtools::install_github("jefferis/nat@fix/cmtk-win")
