Hi Greg,

i got this error

Error in cmtk.streamxform(points, reg, direction, transformtype) :

Error running CMTK streamxform!

when calling

mirror_brain(x, brain = FAFB14 )

where x is a neurolist. However, the example works just fine.

data(FCWB.demo)
kcs20.flip=mirror_brain(kcs20, FCWB.demo, transform='flip')

Any clues?

An addition question(s): what's the difference between "warp" and "affine" transform ? Are they based on left-right matching landmarks ?
