Missing annotation file

Hello,

Since the new version of flywire, I am unable to use the most basic functions of fafbseg due to a missing file.

Example:

flywire_partner_summary2(c('720575940629247682', '720575940623302988'), partners = "inputs", threshold = 5)
Error in (function (p, mustWork = NA, read = FALSE, ...)  :
  Path: C:\Users\pauld\AppData\Local/R/fafbseg/flywire_annotations/supplemental_files/Supplemental_file1_annotations.tsv does not exist!

Nevertheless, download_flywire_release() indicates everything is up to date.

Thanks, Paul. It must be a windows path issue. Can you make an issue and also ideally tell me what path actually contains these data?

Hi Paul,

if you update the fafbseg package

natmanager::install(pkgs = 'fafbseg')

and perhaps also download the latest flywire data

download_flywire_release_data()

you should be ok. Best,
