Subject: Seeeking your input for GPP code revision
To: NGOGPP <ngo...@ccc-cambodia.org>

Dear NGO community,

NGO GPP would like to invite you to provide feedback on the draft version of NGO GPP code which you can access through the following

http://www.ngogpp.org/administrator/feedback.php

After consulting with various stakeholders, the NGO Code Compliance Committee (NCCC) and Voluntary Certification (VCS) Working Group have decided to revise the VCS and code for NGO Governance and Professional Practice (GPP) to ensure that it remains relevant for NGOs in Cambodia.

The revised NGO GPP aims to be clearer and allow for more efficient and effective certification.

An important part of this revision is seeking feedback from the NGO community. This will be done in a number of ways, including the online feedback form of the draft NGO GPP Code.

It would be greatly appreciated if you could please review and respond to the questionnaire about any part of the revised code that is of particular interest to your organization by 28 July, 2013.

Please click on one or more of the six headings in the attached link to view the revised standards, guidelines, and indictors. There is a column on the right to tick whether or not you agree with the revision and provide comments.

Your feedback is valuable and will be consolidated by the GPP Team and used to provide input for a technical review of the Code which will take place on 1 August, 2013. Following this, your feedback will be used to develop a second draft of the code which will be presented at a large multi-stakeholder forum on 29 August, 2013 where approximately 150 NGO representatives will come together to provide further input and endorse the final version.

The NGO GPP is an important ingredient of good governance for civil society in Cambodia and we appreciate you taking the time to provide feedback.

If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact the GPP team on (855) 12 875 160 or ngo...@ccc-cambodia.org.

We thank you for your support of good governance in Cambodia!

Kind regards,
