Dear Esteemed Members and Partners:

Please kindly forward this email to your members and partners for their support on the endorsement.

Since we were on LANGO campaign in May 2015, we received 338 endorsement (attached file of list) on the first joint statement requested the government to release the draft law and widely open for comprehensive consultation. However, the National Assembly adopted the LANGO on 13 July 2015.  

This is the second joint statement that urge the Senate to reject the law, or alternatively request modifications of the draft law taking into consideration the concerns raised by all stakeholders. Please kindly see the attached files for the English and Khmer Version.

On behalf of core group, I have a great honor to seek for your endorsement on this joint statement by sending the response to Ms. Prak Keokongkea: kongke...@ccc-cambodia.org We will send the CSO endorsement to the Senate on 23^rd July 2015 which is one day before the full session meeting of the Senate.

We will open the endorsement process longer than 23^rd July 2015. Therefore, please kindly circulate it to your members and partners.
