@NokiaRevolution good day, i used this method of upgrading..but as i plug my lumia 800 to Zune, it says when i check for update that they cant connect my phone to the internet. Is this a drawback of using Care suite? So I cannot check for future updates via Zune?
I am using Nokia Lumia 710 (india), when firmware was download by nokia care suite, then it asked the following steps:
1. Remove the USB cable from your device.
2. Power down the device
3. Re-insert the USB cable using volume Up button
4. Click retry below to continue recovery.

My question do you need Zune to use nokia suite to get pictures and files off of the Nokia Lumia 900 Windows phone 7.5 I am trying to install 7.8 and get these work related pictures off of the phone but zune will not install. Is there any other way to get the pictures off of your windows phone without zune and is there a way to update 7.5 to 7.8 from an unlocked lumina windows phone unlocked to TMobile?????? Thanks
Hi, This is AJ, I has the same problem the other guy had. I did hit format by mistake and now, nothing seems to work, even flashing :(, The problem is with lumia 710. The nokia guy is asking for USD150 for the repair eventhough he is not sure. Please try and help me out of this problem
