Web Developer Job Description:
We have an exciting, contract to hire opportunity for Web Developer in Nashville, TN. We are seeking an experienced Web developer to join the team of one of our direct clients. You’ll be tasked with developing industry solving applications, adding features, and helping expand the vision for a particular product in the months and years to come. You'll be apart of a work-hard, play-hard team, that strives for innovation. We are looking for individuals with drive, passion and a desire to create efficient, industry leading applications that wow users and improve lives.
Our ideal candidate would have experience with creating a multi-user, MVC framework-driven hybrid applications. Hybrid meaning a web app component for one user type, a mobile component for another user type, and an admin desktop dashboard –along with the API structure that needs to be written between a native (actually PhoneGap) app and a web app.
Requirements:
o 2+ years of web development experience (4+ preferred)
o Extensive experience in JavaScript required
o Experience with MVC framework
o PHP, preferably CodeIgniter framework experience
- Expression engine experience is a plus
o Can JS is a huge plus
o PhoneGap experience (titanium will do too)
o Native app deployment (iOS & Android) is a plus, but not required
o CSS preprocessor experience (LESS preferred)
