Hi Everyone!

First let me start by saying, I'm not personally a developer by any stretch, but I am an owner at a marketing agency here in Nashville, and we do mainly light-duty, out-of-the-box WordPress sites for clients all over the US. We do have need for freelancers to jump in on client projects when the need arises (plugin development, theme development). We have successfully worked with remote contractors, but recently decided we'd like to be more active in developing relationships locally as we grow. I hope to participate as much as I can, and want to apologize in advance for my lack of technical PHP proficiency. At any rate, I'm glad to finally be plugged in here, and hope to contribute something of value.
