Need a full booking application written

Hi,

We are a local college and need a booking system written. We want it in PHP so we can tweak it ourselves after it is written.

We have a system pieced together that we can demonstrate to explain our needs.

I have also written a specification of all the stuff we need it to do.

Basically we would have users sign-up 

They would have the ability to book only certain resources based on questions answered upon registration

We need a graphic calendar display (like http://arshaw.com/fullcalendar/) for each resource both for entering available timeslots, and for displaying what time slots are available, pending, or confirmed.

plus a bunch more requirements. :)

I would like the interface to be like http://www.supersaas.com/

I have pieced together our existing system myself, but don't have the time to code this stuff because of my other jobs.

The system will have a lot of facets including equipment check-in and out and attendance at bookings.

I know this is a fairy complex project, but I also know that a qualified person could do it fairly quickly and for a sensible price.  We will likely have a cap on spending because we will have to budget for it.
