Hi Howard, I have a few questions.

When you say 'hand-coding,' what do you mean? Is there an alternative to using a magnetized needle and a steady hand?

You mention it is a good opportunity "for someone young." Does this eliminate the possibility of applicants who are over 40 and are still looking to "expand their experience"?
