Roles & Responsibilities:

• As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for unique web design and coding for our innovative products.

• Partner with talented designers, developers, and coders to collaboratively enhance existing applications and build new solutions for the company

Position Requirements:

•Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent work experience

•At least 5 years of solid industry experience working as a software engineer, or similar role, with recent hands-on experience working with PHP5

•Must possess a solid working experience with front-end technologies. (JavaScript, Ajax, VBScript, HTML, and JQuery)

• 2+ years of experience working in a Unix/Linux environment with exposure to Web Servers (Apache Preferred)

•Exposure to backend databases. (Oracle Preferred)

• Experience working with large volumes of data

•Good verbal and written, analytical and interpersonal skills

“Nice to Have” Skills:

• Working knowledge of Design Patterns / Object Oriented programming (MVC/OOP)

• Experience working in Test Driven Development (TDD) environments

• Experience programming in other languages such as: Java/J2EE, AJAX, VB6.0, XML, XSLT, etc

• Experience working in an Agile environment and understanding of agile ways of working
