I listen to Dave Macy in the mornings on 1510 wlac... does anyone here
listen to him? If so, what do you think?
I think he has great talent.

I pretty much gave up on 'LAC when they replaced Les Jameson with Macy
who was just not as connected to Nashville. He seemed more a lead-in to
Limbaugh, who seems a lead-in to Dr. Laura, so I just stopped listening to
the station altogether. I'm not the demographic they're targeting.

Yea, I like him. He has a good wit and pokes fun at Bredesen which makes me
like him more.

Yea, I used to listen to Macy....then I had to move back to Georgia. I
e-mailed him and suggested he syndicate his show so I could hear him
back down here. Ain't heard back from him.
There is an AM station (WMWR 940 kc) down here that TRIES to do talk
radio. They suck! The two hosts try so hard to not offend anyone they
they come off as boring. One host is a Republican the other a
Democrat. You would think you would get some good bantering between
them, but they won't touch anything the least bit offensive. It is
pathetic.
