One of the comments had it right. Design the roads to be bike friendly
and safe, and you'll get more commuters. But investing in those ugly
bikes? eek! Id rather walk that ride those...
Nashville should have just sat down with the city people of Washington
or Portland and asked them, "so...what did you do to get it right?"
