Stolen Bicycle!!!

My buddy Sean's bike was stolen off of Elliston last night!!!
It is a flat blue bike, medium size, pursuit bars w/red grips, and a skull on the back below the seat. Please be on the lookout for this bike. If i get a pic i will add it to this email thread. In the meantime any help would be great. Thanks.
