Echoes from the dungeon

- As the storm blanket the city and the rolling thunder roared, something odd noise could be heard. Each flash of lighting and clash of thunder was joined by the resolving and loud madcap laughter echoing from the dungeon. The in between the thunder claps was filled with the rhythmic clash of chains and cuffs lighting being rattled against the walls. -
