Changing/Adding to Downtimes?

So I submitted a downtime for my requiem character through the form ( https://docs.google.com/forms/d/12N90jsYNyzLmeWuc2bpZfWLIw6tq07swiZU87L3IQyk/viewform )...and it is kind of vague (sort of on purpose, sort of because...new character), but while I was getting pizza an idea occurred to me and I was wondering if it was possible to add to or change downtimes, or if I should submit another set to supersede the first one, or...?  Smoke signals?

​    The deadline is Thursday at 5pm​ prior to game.  In general, please do not submit until you are sure. The new one will override the previously submitted one (I will just discard the previous one and use the new one).

    Keep in mind that there is a substantial difference between downtime and Downtime Actions.  Much like the difference between roleplaying and being in Combat Rounds.  There are a very limited set of things appropriate for Downtime Actions.
