Scaling Symfony, or "Whipping Your Symfony App Into Shape"

I apologize for the late update, but the meet up tomorrow is still
on. We will be doing an introduction to scaling symfony, which will
center mostly around caching options, but also branch into general
optimization techniques such as minification, hydration modes, and
more.
Let me reiterate: this is an INTRODUCTION. This being the case,
please come with any optimization/scaling techniques you have used in
mind, and we can discuss them ad nauseam. We all know symfony CAN be
scaled (see delicious, yahoo! bookmarks, etc). Now let us discuss the
best way to do this.
