Congrats to Ian Lee for his blog article "Creative Marketing Helps NashMicro buy Training Kits" on the official Make blog!

This was published five days ago, but I just noticed it today. There's a nice shout out to the Nashville Mini Maker Faire.

Thanks, Tony.  Yep, that's the first of many to come!

Tomorrow morning I'm going to interview the guys at LeanKit who just built a life size (on the outside) TARDIS.  I'll do a MAKE blog post on it and hopefully be able to mention that it'll be at NMMF ;)  If all goes according to my grand plan, NashMicro will no longer be making blinky necklaces.  We'll be making blinky sonic screwdrivers instead.

Thanks.  It takes a little getting used to how things work there.  They have many classifications for articles/blogs/projects/etc./etc. and each has it's own length requirements which can make it difficult to explain projects to the level of detail that I'm used to on my own blog.  After I've written more (500 word) blog posts, I'll be allowed to write more of the other types.

Very cool.  Good job, man.  You inspired me to finally write and post something on Make Nashville (about time!).  If you guys get some time, I'd love to get some posts from each of you.  Ian, Tony, Chris, and Lucas are already admins.

Thanks.  That's a great start to the Make Nashville blog!  I'll try to get a post up as soon as I can.  If the LeanKit TARDIS is as nice as I believe it is then I may do a double post with MAKE and Make Nashville to help highlight our local makers.
