Help determine the TOP environmental priorities for TN

Ever wonder why all the environmental groups, businesses and concerned citizens working for the sustainability in Tennessee do not get together and speak as one voice to push for the issues that matter for Tennessee? WE DO! 

 

This is the sixth year for Sustainable Tennessee, which drafts and implements the Sustainable Tennessee Agenda and identifies the most important Policy issues (i.e. legislation) and Practice issues (things you can do at home or in your community) to help support our state.   

 

On Aug 23 we will be working on the 2013 Agenda and establishing priorities for next year at the Policy and Practice Meeting scheduled at West End United Methodist Church from 9am-3pm.  Group leaders and individuals will come together to draft/update the 2013 Sustainable Tennessee Agenda, and determine the priorities for 2013.  This is one of our most important meetings of the year and a great way to gain support from other Council members on YOUR issue.  Click here for more information and to register.
