ACL User Group:

 

The Exec Committee would like to put together a schedule of Classes and need your input to plan this event.

 

Can you please answer the following questions within the email and reply back to me.

 

1.    What ACL Classes would you like to see offered?  (Note: Look on the ACL, Ltd, website http://www.acl.com/services/course_catalog.aspx )  In the past we have offered, 105-Beginner, 201-Intermediate and 901-ACDA Review and exam.  There are others listed which may interest you.

2.    What time of year (Fall, Winter, Spring or Summer) would you like to see them offered?

3.    How many days can you allow for a class?  (Note: Classes are 1-4 days in length)

4.    We have offered classes for approximately $600-800 based on the class.  Is this amount affordable?  If not, please explain.  (Note: The User Group Class fees are approximately 50% of the cost of the class offered by ACL, Ltd.)

5.    Are there any topics you would like to see incorporated into a class, that are currently not offered by ACL, Ltd?

6.    Please add any additional comments/suggestions?

Joe,

Thank you for all the work you do for the user group.  Even at half price the ACL classes are too expensive for our organization.  We only have a certain amount of training money, and because we are a governmental audit shop we have to spend most of our training dollars for governmental CPE (40 hours per year required for each of us).  We enjoy all the free workshops that you and others have provided and will continue to attend them.
