Hey Y'all,
I met Ryan with OtterBase earlier this week at the PHP MeetUp and wanted to
pass his info along. I asked him directly if he had anything with any of
his clients for Jr Dev positions and he said, yes and to pass his info
along to my fellow NSSers. OtterBase is an IT recruiting firm that works
with small to medium size clients (Ryan's words exactly). I cannot speak
