Dear Mavair,
You have to apply collector office (Basically PRANT office) for lodging license.
Following documents are required along with the application
1. NOC from local authority.
2. NOC from local police station. (For character of the applicant)
3. NOC from local civil hospital. (For non affecting the health of that particular locality)
etc.
